Beginning in late March CranioSacred Austin will offer classes geared toward the general public, beginning, and advanced students of craniosacral therapy! Before we nail down dates times and class titles we need to know what subjects you are most interested in.

Please take a moment to look at the following options and weigh in with your opinion!

Options for the general public:

*Couples Massage: Harnessing the Power of Touch in Your Relationship
This class will absolutely not teach a scripted massage. Rather, we will focus on training your hands to listen to your partners body and deliver what it needs.

*(Un)coupled Massage:
We offer this class for those who are single and want to deepen their appreciation of touch, both giving and receiving. This class will also consider your emotional needs and treat them with a personalized Bach Flower remedy.

*Fundamentals of Craniosacral Therapy:
This class may be for you if you are curious about Craniosacral Therapy and it’s applications for daily living and self care.

Options for students who have taken up to Craniosacral 2:

*Getting out of your head and into the Rhythm:
As therapist the temptation is to “fix” your client rather than meeting them where they are. Our minds and best intentions have no idea where to start when it comes to true restoration of the body mind and soul; fortunately your clients inner wisdom does. Come to this class and learn to listen.

*Applying Principles of Craniosacral Therapy to Deep Massage:
This class is perfect for therapists hoping to segue gracefully from massage therapy into Craniosacral. Learn how to monitor the cranial rhythm and hear the inner wisdom even when you use deep pressure. Give your massage added depth while growing in your craniosacral skills and holding down work at conventional massage employment.

For those who have taken SER1 and above:

Introduction to Tandem Craniosacral Therapy:
Learn the power of multi-hand craniosacral therapy, appreciate the extent of interconnectedness in the body and deepen your therapeutic presence. Plus, learn how to “play nice in the sandbox” with other therapists.

*Imagery and Dialogue in the SER Process:
This class may be for you if you find yourself delving into emotional subject matter during your sessions but lose neutrality or simply feel awkward when you open your mouth to speak. It gets better. Let us help you.

We hope you are as excited as we are about these potential class offerings!

Questions comments and feedback are all welcomed!
