I've seen Rachel twice. Both times I went in with a heavy heart and physical tightness, and both times I left feeling lighter, grounded, and more at peace than before. Craniosacral work with her is truly magical. She's truly a master at her craft and I'm so grateful I was referred to her. If you're looking to continue your healing journey, you'll be in great hands with her. I've seen dozens of therapists, shamans, body workers, etc, and she is truly one of my favorites. I found Rachel and she was very responsive. I was able to see her for my first session with in a few days. I was ready to do the work and get some good help. I felt immediately lighter after our session and as each day passed my pain decreased and joy increased! I’ve had Cranial sacral work done for years by other practitioners but Rachel is pure magic. She has helped me so much in a short time and I will continue to work with her . Highly recommend a session with Rachel!This was my first experience with Craniosacral therapy. I am Rachel Carter, the owner of CranioSacred Austin. I have a deep passion for helping people heal with a deep understanding for those that have experienced trauma. My practice is centered around helping those survivors.
CranioSacral Therapy is an excellent way to help you get to the root of your pain. Mental pain often translates into physical pain. This is where my services become beneficial. I have a long and established track record of helping people release the pain caused by various types of trauma.
In addition to having what many refer to as a “gift”, I am also Upledger trained. I take my training and my practice very seriously and I take my clients very seriously. Trauma happens in many forms and I have witnessed the release of many varieties through my career. I am always grateful when I can help a client let go of lingering trauma and live a happier existence.
