~ I understand that my therapists are not medical doctors and they do not claim to diagnose, treat or cure any medical problems.
~ I am using CranioSacred Austin and their therapists and services at my own risk.
~ If at any time I experience discomfort, physical or otherwise, I will alert my therapist immediately.
~ I may discontinue services at any time by simply canceling any scheduled appointments or alerting my therapist during a service.
~ If I do not cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours of advance notice, I will be responsible for a $25 No Show Fee.
