Hello community!
My priority in session has always been to ground and empower you in your own magic and connection to spirit. I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ll be expanding my mission by hosting a class, “Accessing your Innate Magic through Craniosacral Therapy.” This class will present the practical left brained pieces of craniosacral work: knowledge of bony envelopes, membranous structures and relevant theory. More importantly you will walk away with intangibles such as therapeutic presence, how to hold deep space for yourself and others, and how to recognize and receive communication from your clients inner wisdom via imagination, imagery and your unique form of spiritual communication.
My starting point in teaching this work will be a skill called “mind walking.” Mind walking literally opens a window into another person’s lived experience. This is a gentle, non-invasive way to scan the body, receive direction about session priorities and learn our role in the work of the session without falling into the trap of saving or fixing.
This class will be a nurturing, community-driven experience. Open communication while giving and receiving treatment will be encouraged. This promotes self-confidence, trust and flow. Emotional releases are expected and will be fully supported by myself and the group as a whole; this is how we learn to hold space in a therapeutic context.
